Whelan Master Builders, established in 2007, is a reputable Melbourne-based commercial and domestic registered builder, also now operating out of Bendigo, Central Victoria. WMB is also registered on the Government Supplier Register of Victoria. WMB specialises in high end domestic Architectural projects including alterations and additions to heritage properties, new homes and commercial projects.
The Director, Cathal Whelan, is a Registered Builder and Carpenter by trade. Cathal has over 20 years experience in both the commercial and domestic industries in Ireland, England and Australia. Cathal comes from a line of skilled carpenters, and upholding his family’s professional reputation is particularly important to him.
The Whelan Master Builders team includes qualified and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering projects of the highest standard.
Whelan Master Builders became a member of Master Builders Victoria in 2006.
As an accredited Master Builder, Whelan Master Builders must meet best practice guidelines as well as adhere to the Master Builders’ National Code of Practice. The Master Builders movement is committed to ensuring that its clients – Australian business and consumers – can enter into contracts in good faith and with an expectation of fair play and honesty.
